Georgia Association for Training, Education and
Support Georgia Enterprises for Products and Services A specific type of purchasing program called a State Use Program. Established by the Georgia Legislature in 1993 through O.C.G.A. #50-5-135 , its design is to expand employment opportunities of citizens with disabilities. The purpose of the program is to encourage and assist individuals with severe disabilities in achieving maximum personal independence through productive and gainful employment by assuring and expanding a constant market for their products and services. |

Georgia Fruit & Vegetable Growers Association
Is a growing, dynamic organization serving as the voice of Georgia's fruit and vegetable industry. Since 1996, this grower led organization has kept a steadfast vision to provide programs and services to its over 300 grower and industry supplier members. A top priority of the Association is to actively monitor legislation and defend industry interests on the state and federal levels. Other important priorities are to support applied research for increased production, handling and storage efficiencies, provide grower education, promote new markets for Georgia grown produce, and improve communications among GFVGA members and industry suppliers. One of the many ways the Association encourages networking and learning is at the annual Southeast Regional Fruit and Vegetable Conference comprised of a trade show and educational conference. |

Association The purpose of the association is to promote the best interest of the industry from production to consumption. The association is constantly seeking improvements in the growing, grading, handling, transportation, distribution, and sale of watermelons. GWA works to increase efficiency within the industry for better profits and to provide the consumer with a better product for greater sales. |

Serves to promote excellence in the teaching of anatomy and physiology. HAPS is open to anyone interested in Anatomy & Physiology Education, and currently includes over 1,700 members from two and four year colleges, universities, high schools and private businesses throughout the United States, Canada and the rest of the world. |

Georgia Forestry
Association For 100 years, GFA has been the "voice of forestry," working to educate business, environmental and political leaders about responsible forest management practices, reforestation, benefits derived from forestry and landowner rights.
